Christmas/New Year 2011:$95,000 for 10 nights regardless of the group size

High season is Dec. 19th, 2009-April 16th, 2010/Dec. 18th, 2010-April 30th, 2011, excluding the 10 nights over Christmas/New Year and the 7 nights over Easter
Mid Season is from April 17th-June 4, 2010 (Mid Season 2011 dates are included in Low Season 2011 dates)
Low Season is from June 5-Dec 15, 2010/May 1st-Nov. 19th, 2011 & Nov 26th-Dec. 17th, 2011
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1) All rates quoted are for EXCLUSIVE use of the entire estate and all amenities regardless of the size of the group. We do NOT rent to more than one group at a time. Rates are subject to change without notice prior to making a confirmed booking.
2) Baraka Point can accommodate 16 guests in total (with a maximum of 12 adults) PLUS 2-3 infants in cribs located in parent's suites at no extra charge.
3) Baraka Point has a 7 night minimum stay.

• Accommodation for up to 16 guests plus 3 infants
• Transfers from Virgin Gorda airport or dock to Baraka Point Estate (unless taxis are required, extra charge applies)
